Please help fund final arrangements and continued living expenses for Trina‘s mom. Trina‘s mom Betty lost the love of her life of 27 years unexpectedly. Scott her husband was admitted to the hospital for some minor complications following a urinary tract infection weeks before. Scott was on the mend and recovering well when he aspirated suddenly and could not be revived. Betty has been left with extensive medical bills and cremation cost. Also, Betty has been residing the same home near Redmond, Oregon from the same landlords for five years and prior to that rented from the same landlords for four years at a different house. She has never missed a rent payment or been late with a rent payment in those nine combined years and has always complied with the rental agreement. Now her landlords are making it hard for her to have the help she needs. She has doctors orders that she needs full-time live-in care which can be provided by a family member according to federal law. Trina is able to provide this care. We are now having to fight these landlords just to keep Betty in her home and have Trina live there and help her as she is 100% disabled and elderly. They are stating that there is only two people on the lease and that Trina and I being there would violate the lease agreement. This is such an utter shock that an elderly person in need of care who just recently within the last five days, lost her husband and now is being threatened with something as petty as this . Please help us reach our goal so that Betty may make the final arrangements for the love of her life. Betty would also love to live in the home that she has resided in for the past five years, with the help of her family by her side or if we can’t make it work the donations would help her get a new place.
