Financial Support for Tatay Pedrito's Treatment

Hi! My name is Kristoffer Melendres, son of Pedrito Melendres. My dad has always been the provider of our family. He is one of the people I look up to the most. He is always there to support me. He's a good person inside and out.

We discovered that my father had gallstones and kidney stones a week ago.

Later that week, he was rushed to the ER due to having chills and a high fever.

After several tests, he later discovered that he had contracted dengue fever.

Dengue viruses are spread to people through the bite of an infected mosquito.

Severe dengue is a medical emergency and requires immediate medical care.

He's platelet count reached 7, 10 and then 12, which is way below the normal range. They've already transfused nine bags of platelet so far. In addition to that, his creatinine levels and BUN are high.

As of today (Dec.5, 2022), the doctor had to deliver difficult news to everyone that Tatay needs to undergo dialysis. This is a very stressful time for the family. However, we are determined to keep going for Tatay.
