Hello everyone,

I am writing this with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. My dad has been diagnosed with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage - a serious type of stroke caused by bleeding on the surface of the brain. The doctors said he urgently needs a Coil Embolization Operation to stop the bleeding. Without the surgery he wouldn't be able to recover and about 10-15% of people with SAH die before reaching the hospital and up to 15% dying from re-bleeding within a month.

The total cost of the operation and hospital care is around P1.5m, an amount that our family simply cannot afford. That’s why we are turning to the kindness of others, hoping that through your generosity, we can give my dad the chance to live and recover.

My dad is one of the most selfless and loving person i know. He always puts everyone else first- a hardworking father, a devoted partner, and a friend who never hesitates to help others in need. Growing up I’ve seen him sacrifice so much just to make sure we had everything we needed. It breaks my heart to see him now, lying in a hospital bed, fighting for his life.

Despite the pain and fear, he keeps telling us to stay strong and have faith. That’s the kind of person he is - strong, hopeful, and full of love even in the hardest moments.
