Please Help My Dad Get A New Neck

Can you imagine having constant pain every day and night?  How about not being able to move your head from side to side?  Or being unable to lift anything over 10 pounds?  Or even being unable to sleep through the night?  This is the lifestyle of my dad.  He went from being a vibrant, fun-loving downhill ski adventurer to being greatly debilitated and unable to enjoy life! Watching my dad cry in pain is one of my greatest sorrows in life.  My dad needs a new neck!  No surgeon in North America will even attempt a surgery because he has four discs that need to be replaced.  Luckily, there IS a surgeon in Germany willing to help my dad, but the costs are overwhelming as he has to pay for the surgery, the plane ticket and lodging afterwards in case there is any complications.  I’d like to ask for your assistance in getting my dad to Germany so he can get this surgery to improve his lifestyle.  Most importantly, I’d love for my dad to have manageable pain, so he can get back to work and enjoy life.  Unfortunately, dad was laid off due to numerous sick days due to immobility and pain.   Please help my family to gain back my dad!  Fifty-six is too young to be in constant pain and be unemployed.  Will you please help?
