Hello! My name is Corie and I am the daughter of Brad McCoy. Unfortunately, he and his wife were recently in an accident where a drunk driver crossed the centerline and hit them head-on. They are both currently on a long road to recovery.

Dad: broken femur, broken nose, broken hand. He has had an ORIF done to the femur and screws placed in his hand.

Arlena: broken femurs bilaterally, broken ankle, broken ribs, ruptured spleen.

When they are finally released to get home, they are going to need all the help they can get, whether it be monetary donations, food, and mental support to make it through this. Unfortunately, in their house, the bathroom is upstairs. I'm trying to raise enough funds to at least buy them an electric composting toilet so that it's one less thing they have to worry about going up and down the stairs all the time. They may need other medical equipment, and with Arlena not being able to work, bills are going to be very, very tight.

It is still unknown whether the drunk driver that hit them has insurance or not, so we will cross that bridge when we get there.
