Update: As many of you know now, my father passed away on 4/18. He fought so hard but he got too tired. He is so dearly missed I can’t even express it. He was such an amazing man and dad. I couldn’t have asked for better. This is such a huge loss to my family. As you know he still worked full time, in EMS for 50 years. He dedicated his life to serving others, and now my family needs help.
Hi everyone, as most of you know my father Dave Mike , was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday 3/28. Since being admitted we found out he is extremely ill. He has a blood infection that unfortunately has settled in his heart, caused his blood pressure to plummet so much that he went into septic shock and his kidneys shut down. Eventually he will need open heart surgery to remove the infection, but as of now he is too sick for the surgery to be safe. If you don’t know, my father was still working full time at 72 years old. With him being out of work, and the potential for him to not be able to go back to work, my family could use some help. We hate to ask like this, but this situation has really taken a toll on us.
