Please help my close family to rebuild their home in Poland

Hi,

My name is Jakub, and unfortunately my close family in Poland had a very bad start to 2025. My grandma's sister and her husband (both in their late eighties) lost their family home to a fire a couple weeks ago. They lived in that home for over 60 years and worked hard all their life, and just the prospect of rebuilding is extremely overwhelming. They almost lost everything including most of their clothing. What was not destroyed by fire, was damaged by smoke and the water from the 18 fire fighting units which were on seen.

Fire broke out with two electrical cables touching, causing a spark and hitting the house. They were both in bed and their daughter was visiting, and had just arrived that day. It was 8pm, and luckily a person driving past the house stopped and alerted them to get out. From the time they were alerted, in under 10 minutes the house was filled with hot and toxic smoke. Luckily no one was hurt, but the whole thing is heart breaking.

Please donate what you can every little bit helps, if you can sacrifice a cup of coffee or a meal in a restaurant to help them out I would be forever grateful.
