URGENT! NEED HELP TO ESCAPE ABUSIVE INDIVIDUAL WITH MY CATS

My name is Shiloh, and I am in need of urgent assistance. My partner, 4 cats, and I are trying to escape an abusive situation from a family member who is addicted to fentanyl. That person constantly lies, steals, and takes advantage of us financially. She is becoming physically abusive towards he and I, and has done vindictive acts against my cats. When I'm not at work, we are all locked in our room with all of the cats and their necessities. This isn't any way for a human or animal to live. I love them with all my heart and I see that this is stressing them out, as well as my partner and I. All my kitties want to do is play and run throughout the house, soak up sunshine, and have a good amount of distance between their food bowl and litter box.

But instead we are cramped inside a small room, trying to avoid conflict. This individual has even gone so far as to barge in on me while I was using the restroom, screaming at me. We live in fear every day lately. She is in a deep state of psychosis due to her drug addiction. We have also seen her Narcan trash, proving she is overdosing regularly.

I gave up trying to get help to move near family, so I started looking for an apartment for us to get into. Our move in is set for Saturday, June 29th. Unfortunately, they are requiring the first month's rent up front and I do not have the funds until the following week at the beginning of the month. This is the total move in cost.
