Please help my cat recieve the help she needs

My name's Eli and my adorable fur companion is called Chia. I took her in when she was 1 year old when her past owner wanted to get rid of her and have been taking care of her ever since. I started to suspect that something was wrong with her when she was around 3 years old and took her to many vet appointments. They figured out that she has a chronic kidney disease, which is pretty unusual for someone so young, they said. She has been eating food specially made for that kind of disease ever since and the test results have improved, but not as much as they should. Last week I noticed that she couldn't keep any food she ate and when I called smaller clinics they said she needed to be rushed to the bigger hospital, so I did. I don't know how it works in other countries, but in Sweden, the costs for emergency visits are 50% more expensive than regular booked appointments, so everything they needed to do got very expensive and that's why I'm doing this fundraiser.

I have an okay insurance that covers a lot (though I def need to look into a better one), but I still need to pay 25% out of my own pocket. I myself am in a little bit of a complicated situation regarding jobs and barely have an income since I'm chronically ill with fatigue and pain, on top of that I also have several disabilities making worse, so I don't have a lot of money and the 25% of this visit is still a hefty sum.

The rest of the story is that she got moved from the ER to become hospitalized so they could run more tests and keep an eye on her for a longer period of time. She had an inflammation in her stomach that probably made her nauseous and throw up everything, so she's on antibiotics now. We will revisit in a week to check if everything is back to normal, but she's doing really well so far already.
