Please help my brother who is in need. And is aware...

My brother Luke, just 25, has always lit up rooms with his kindness, determination, and infectious smile. Now, Luke needs us to be his light, strength, and hope.
Luke is trying his hardest, he knows we are there and doing things on command and laughing at old stories, he is aware, he is crying as he gets frustrated not being able to move or talk, everyday he is progressing, it seems like he just wants to jump out of bed and cuddle us and that’s why he’s crying, it’s heartbreaking because he’s so aware of what’s going on but it’s so hard for him to move his body. We bring up funny stories and he laughs, this is the hardest thing to watch as his family and friends, please help us.
A month ago, Luke suffered a severe stroke. He had just passed his accounting exams and became fully qualified. The Luke we know – a boy with a heart of gold, dedicated professional, and family rock – is fighting the toughest battle of his life.
Luke has always been there for others, extending a helping hand to anyone in need. He's the friend who shows up unannounced on bad days, the colleague who stays late to help, and the son and brother who puts family first.
Now, it's our turn to be there for Luke.
Doctors say Luke's best chance at full recovery lies in specialized stem cell treatments unavailable through the NHS. These cutting-edge therapies offer hope, but come at a significant cost. We need to raise money for four injections that could make all the difference.
Without these treatments, Luke may not fully recover. The thought of Luke not returning to his passions, career, and loved ones is unthinkable. We refuse to accept that without a fight.
Luke has woken from his coma – an incredible milestone filling us with hope. Seeing his eyes open and some movement is a huge leap forward.
However, Luke's journey is far from over. He faces a long, challenging road to recovery, with significant physical and cognitive challenges. Luke is working hard in rehabilitation, relearning basic skills many take for granted.
Every day brings new challenges and small victories. Luke's determination shines through as he pushes himself in therapy, often to exhaustion. His progress is steady but measured in small increments.
We're reaching out to Luke's friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers who understand the value of a young life. We're asking for your help to give Luke the best possible chance at recovery.
Every donation, share, and message of support brings Luke closer to his goal and adds to the love we're sending his way.
Luke has always rallied around others. Now, it's our turn. Let's show Luke the same kindness and generosity he's always shown the world.
Together, we can help Luke recover and return to being the amazing person we know and love. Let's give Luke the fighting chance he deserves.
Thank you for your support, generosity, and love. Luke would be the first to help any of us if roles were reversed.
