Please help my brother Joe to help both of us!

Hi, my name is Christopher Torri, and I am setting up a fund to help my brother Joe to also help me. Please read more to understand why I am asking for your help and how much a gift from you will help my brother support me. I have progressive multiple sclerosis that is quite advanced, and my brother Joe moved back to California to be closer and more available to help me since I need help with almost everything.

I need your help with aiding Joe in acquiring a wheelchair van to be able to transport me and my wheelchair because he only has a Suburban that is on its last legs, and it’s not made for transporting a person in their wheelchair. Joe has been trying to help me get out more to be able to do more things and boost my general well-being. Also, I need help getting to specialized physical therapy, and wheelchair transport is very expensive.

My brother has been working full days while trying to help me as much as he can. And even though he has been saving up some money, he can’t afford to purchase a wheelchair van as even used ones can cost upwards of $40,000+! Even trying to finance a vehicle is out of the realm of what he can afford while still taking care of himself and helping me. I would help my brother if I could, but I lost everything when I became disabled and fully dependent and had to move into a skilled nursing facility. I figure if we can get to the contribution goal then Joe will be more able to finance the rest if needed.
