Please help my brother after a life changing crash

My brother Paul was  in a motorcycle accident 2 weeks ago and was badly injured.    A truck pulling a trailer pulled out in front of him and he was unable to stop in time.   Paul struck the trailer on his motorcycle, causing serious injury which will take many months to fully recover from.  Paul will be unable to work for at least 6-8 more weeks while going through physical therapy and recovery.   I am asking for funds on Pauls behalf to help with loss of income, and to help pay for in home health care.  Those of you that know my brother know that he is very generous with his time, work, and always willing to help anyone in need or going through hardship.  Even if they are complete strangers.  Paul spent just short of 12 years in the middle east defending his country and upon his return home was left without health insurance.  Anything helps, thank you.
