Hello, my name is Kristan Krimm and my brother and my nephew lost their home last night to a house fire. Everything in the house is gone. Everyone got out safe, but his dog ran back in because that's the only home he knows. He is a rescue. His dog is dying and needs medical attention ASAP. He was trapped in the fire for 25 minutes. Firefighters were able to rescue him from the burning building. They thought he was a goner. He is not opening his eyes or breathing very well and trying to get air. My brother is devastated.

My sister and her children were living there as well. They all got out with what they were wearing—no shoes, no coat, hardly anything to keep them warm in this cold January. The kids are younger: 9, 12, and two 13-year-olds. They lost everything and are in need of clothes and shoes. They need medical attention for the pup, who is his baby. But with no money and nothing to stand on, they are stranded. They need a safe place for them to lay their heads.

The kiddos lost their whole Christmas, and to top it off, today is my 12-year-old niece's birthday. Everything she had to celebrate her big day is gone. They are all so lost right now. They have no place safe to go, and we are asking the community, loved ones, and friends to help them out in any way possible. This is not the way they wanted to bring in the New Year.
