Please help my boy Jack.

Hi my names Jack I'm almost 14 & I'm a springer spaniel, I'm a happy boy who loves life & I absolutely adore my family. I met my mom when I was just 1 years old and we've been inseparable since, she does everything for me & gives the best cuddles. I remember getting a small lump when I was around 8 & was told it was a fat lump, over the years it has grown to be very big, which I'm now catching every time I try to get about. Mom took me to the vets and discussed removing it but the lady said it was gonna cost thousands! I know mom can't afford it as we've got my brother & my 2 human siblings to look after too. Life nowadays is so hard! So here's me asking all you lovely people to help my mom help me to live freely without this horrible fat lump. If anyone wants anymore information please just ask my mom.
