Please help my brother Magoo

Hi guys my name is Kelly an My brother Trevor is in need of your help he needs to have surgery on his spine. He has be out of work for a few weeks now and is going to be out of work for another year or more after the surgery the cost to see the doctors plus the surgery alone is in the high thousands which we just cant afford this is not something we would normally do but we really need your help.
