Please help my Bailey-Boo get the operation she needs

Hello, I'm chelsea & this is bailey the german shepherd X Akita.. Bailey saver my life, now its my turn to try and save hers Thank you for taking your time to read into Baileys story. Its a little detailed. this is Bailey who isn't even 2 years old yet, so about 2 months ago Bailey come into season, she had bled for 3 days max.. a week later she was getting browny thick discharge. I didn't think nothing of it, couple days went by Bailey lost interest in eating I thought maybe she's just under the weather, she was still drinking. Couple days went by she still wasn't interested in her food even her favourite fish.. at this point she was loosing weight ever so quickly her browny discharge turned into greeny thick discharge.. of the the vets we go where they told me Bailey has this thing called pyometra which is a life threatening infection if she doesn't have the operation.. at the vets they gave me 3 options.. try her on antibiotics for 2 weeks,go straight for operation or have her put down(obviously that was never going be thought about) so I tried her on the 2 weeks antibiotics they have worked they have made her alot worse the infection is worse and now she's actually bleeding(I've managed to put some photos in at the top) Npw it had been suggested I try a go fund me page here I am if you have got this far thank you so much for reading snd taken your time.. if you can donate as little as £1 or even getting this shared for me that would mean the world to me.. Bailey isn't just a dog to you she is but to me She's family, she's my emotional support dog she's saved my life in many ways, now it's my turn to save hers, she's not even 2 yet she's got loads to live for, it would break me as a person if I lost her,I've been thinking the worse for days. I can't do this with a bit of help from the world.. as little as a pound will help get Bailey the treatment she needs without this operation she can go to doggy heaven and shes way to young for that .I was quoted just over 2 thousand for the operation, with the remaining if reached the goal will be used to get her spade too which helps prevent more infections as years go on..
