Thank you.m asking anyone and everyone for help, a day ago my grandfather was walking our dog when a driver took a red light and struck my puppy almost hitting my grandfather, unfortunately she got thrown and shatter her arm and has several cuts and a cut on her eye the driver did not stop.. please help my family out she a huge help for my grandparents a emotional and supportive system for then... thank you
