Please help my baby boy as he’s suffering

Hi my baby boy is sick and needs help. I have never ever felt this way over an animal. I brought him to the vet yesterday and they said he’s fully blocked and cannot use the bathroom. It wasn’t an emergency vet as I thought it was. They quoted me $1500 just to start. They told me I would have to take him to an emergency vet and sent him home with pain meds. I’m a single mama here and just had a complete shoulder replacement, plus two strokes. I've had 4 failed rotator cuff surgeries and money isn’t good. I’m just now coming back to work. And Christmas is next month. I don’t know what to do as I’m at a loss right now. Everyone who knows me k les how much I love this cat and how close we are. He literally sits outside with me on the step and waits for people to walk by to say hi. He is the sweetest cat you will ever meet. I have never done a go fund me page so I’m not sure if this is going to work. But I’m desperate. I’m actually begging anyone if they could please help. I have tons of packages of Lysol wipes that I can give to you if this helps. My cat is now drooling and cannot walk. It’s breaking my heart.
