Hi, my name is Mo. I am from Gaza and I'm currently living in the UK.

My three remaining siblings, their partners and children have all been displaced multiple times since October, after they all lost their homes and possessions to the airstrikes. After exhausting all options to assist them to maintain inside Gaza as long as possible, and with no end in sight to Israel's ongoing offence, I am now fundraising to evacuate them to safety in Egypt.

In the last six months, we have utilised our funds to help as many people as possible have a chance at sustaining their basic necessities, especially those in the North where aid has barely reached them. Trying to find enough food is an ongoing battle with the shortages of aid and ability to safely leave their homes in search of it. Everyday has brought them ongoing uncertainty, stress and fear.

During this time, it is with a heavy heart that I have lost 23 immediate and extended family members, and many others sustained severe injuries.

As the situation is worsening day by day, and with the looming ground invasion of Rafah, we cannot afford to lose anyone else from our family. After helping them and the community as much as possible within Gaza, it feels like we are faced with the only option left which is to shift focus on assisting my remaining immediate family evacuate to safety from Rafah to Egypt.

Please help me bring them to safety.

My three siblings along with their partners and children total 15 family members. It is $5,000 per person and $2,500 for children to be granted entry to Egypt from Rafah, so we need to raise approximately $40,000 to cover the fees. I will be able to travel in person to Egypt to handle the transaction. Any funds remaining will contribute towards seeking accommodation and necessities they will need to find when in Egypt.
