We are Mike & Bonnie Wisniewski, senior citizens with physical disabilities, but highly involved with a faith-based community that feeds and provides hospitality to the unhoused and poor on Los Angeles' skid row. We are raising funds to meet our rent and utilities for the next several months.
Up until February 2020, with the onset of COVID-19, we had international students living with us for the past several years to help meet our financial responsibilities since we are on Social Security and cannot make the rent without another source of income.
Our students cannot return (from China) until COVID-19 and its variants are under control. We have exhausted our savings over these past months, yet cannot qualify for COVID assistance from other sources since we are not currently in the rears, but will be beginning September. We are desperate, but living by faith that our needs will be met. Whatever you can donate to help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you. Many blessings. Be safe and healthy.
