Please help meow meow who’s very critical

Meow meow is a beautiful 8 yr old ginger cat who we took to the vets last Wednesday, he was very flat not eating and definitely not himself ,so the vets ran some blood on meow meow and they came back he is in severe renal failure and we may get days with him ,we may get weeks with him , we may get months or maybe a year he is currently still very critical at the moment he has been a beautiful cat and everyone loves meow meow , we are doing everything we can for meow meow however we are currently sitting at over $5000 and I am only on a pension and can’t get any of the credit lenders to approve anything as I have low credit rating have tried many .
If anyone can help even $1 or $2 anything that would be very appreciated anything left I will donate to a rescue.
