Hello, my name is Nick Ross. I am 42 years old and am currently living in Scotts Valley, CA. Due to a mistake made by my health insurance, my case file was misfiled back into Santa Clara County instead of Santa Cruz County, where I now reside and had applied to. This situation has now left me without localized health care, which means I am unable to access a multitude of housing programs and mental health services. The hope is that all this will be resolved sometime in Oct.

In the meantime, I am left without a psychiatrist and therapist, having had to taper off all medications. This has been extremely difficult, which leads me to appeal to my friends, family, peers, cohorts, etc.

If there is any help you or anyone you know could possibly offer, it would allow me to attempt to secure mental health services and get back on the medications and resume weekly therapy.

Any/All help would be greatly appreciated.
