My young friend Megan joined a club today that none of us members would wish upon anyone. Tragically, her loss occured far too soon in her young life. Megan's magnificent horse Guinness suffered a devastating injury this morning and she had to say goodbye to her heart horse.

Guinness was a perfect equine partner for Megan; they excelled at every discipline they tried. A fierce and fearless team, they always landed in the winner's circle❣️

Having gone through this profound loss 24 weeks ago myself, my heart just aches for her. I know the devastating consequences of saying goodbye to your beloved unicorn, and also recall the great comfort from the support I received from my horse community, friends, and family. I can never thank all of you enough. ❤️
