Hi, my name is Rachel, and I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my neighbour, Mea Zamero, a 26-year-old mother of three children aged 10, 7, and 3.

For over one year now, Mea has been suffering from a worsening illness that began with pain and tingling in her fingers. Over time, this sensation spread through her body and down to her feet. Sadly, her condition has progressed to the point where she is now unable to walk.

Despite her worsening condition, Mea has not been able to seek proper medical care due to financial hardship. In the Philippines, hospital consultations, tests, and possible admission are not free, and the family does not have the means to cover these costs.

Her husband is currently not working, and the family is already struggling to meet their daily needs while caring for three young children. Mea is deeply afraid to go to the hospital because she worries that if she is admitted or requires extensive testing, they will not be able to afford the expenses or sustain their family during that time.

This fundraiser is intended to help cover medical consultations, diagnostic tests, hospital check-ups, and any immediate treatment recommended by doctors. At this stage, there is no confirmed diagnosis — the goal is simply to allow Mea to receive proper medical assessment and care without the fear of overwhelming medical bills.
