Lou's heart surgery

Hi, my name is Andrea and I have a 2-year-old Chihuahua. Her name is Louane (Lou) and she has some serious condition in her heart. The vets have told me that if she doesn’t have the surgery as soon as possible, they don't know how much her heart can resist. They already can make the surgery, but I need to travel to the other side of Germany (to Giessen) for that and make a big part of the payment before the surgery. I have already exhausted all the resources.

Lou now can no longer play, go for a walk, or get excited, because, with any effort or emotion, she runs out of air and faints. They say all of this can get so much better and that she could have an almost normal (with care) life if she have the surgery.
