Please help me with medical expense due to eye con

Hi, my name is Colleen and I am fundraising with suffering from severe tinnitus and cannot work right now. My physical and emotional struggle of trying to live with eye and now ear (tinnitus) is at its fullest. I am trying to stay at my current residence which is very hard because I am by myself with no one to help me. I could sincerely use some financial help for all my medical bills for not only to get my eye sight back and physical therapy bills to cope with tinnitus but also to live from month to month and not lose everything I own.
