Please help me with getting to out of state procedures!

I absolutely hate that I have no other option but to try this. My name is Jeffery Clark for those that do not know my story I am 37 years old married to an amazing woman and father to the best 9 year old little girl on the planet! Two and a half years ago my life came to a halt when I was hospitalized. It was scary and for the next year and a half they couldn’t tell me why I was bruising and bleeding and weak why was I losing weight so fast. After all of the tests and out of state doctors I was finally diagnosed. About 9 months ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 end of life liver cirrhosis and things started to go even further downhill pretty fast. Within a week of diagnosis I was having surgery because the pressure in my liver caused me to have esophageal varacies, which are like big veins that enlarge and bulge out in your esophagus and they can burst and cause you to bleed out. So they started doing surgeries every 3 weeks to band them until they were gone. The cirrhosis and portal hypertension caused by the pressure is also causing my spleen to enlarge at a rapid rate which drops my platelets at a fast pace which makes everyday pretty dangerous. Now for the good news last week I was approved to be evaluated at UPMC in Pittsburgh for a living donor program. That will require me to go to Pittsburgh next month on August 6 and stay there for 3 to 5 days to have testing done. If I pass all the testing, then I get to move onto the next phase which is finding a match then I get to have surgery that will save my life. The doctors have told me that I have less than a five year outlook because my spleen is so bad it complicates the cirrhosis. Right now I can’t work and am waiting to be approved by disability and my wife works so hard but her checks pay a bill get a couple days worth of groceries and then we go a week and a half with nothing. We do not have savings and have had so many family and friends trying to help. I feel absolutely terrible and ashamed to make another one of these but my family is suffering very very badly we have several bills past due getting ready to be shut off and now we have to come up with the money to get to Pittsburgh and stay there the whole time of my testing. Please just sharing this helps anything would be a blessing. God bless everyone!
