Please help me to get get back on my feet

Hi guys,
if you are reading this, odds are you know me, or at the very least have some second-hand knowledge of me. I am a special education teacher for an alternative school for disengaged and at-risk youth and m wildly passionate about what I do. Outside of work I am an avid athlete and enjoy hockey and soccer as my primary past times. When work and sports are not occupying my time I enjoy working on my truck and using my truck to tow people in need to my garage for repairs at little to no cost.

A few months ago a received a Traumatic Brain Injury at work, and while the direct treatment of the physical injury has been treated through the workman's compensation system, I have been left on my own to cover the daunting costs of treatment for my post-concussive symptoms. I am very grateful for my legal representation through this process, the Frickey Law Firm, as they have been very supportive, but they understandably do not work for free and there will come a time when their rightful compensation is due as well.

While all of this was going on, my truck, which any of you who know me would know is my pride and joy, was in need of some repairs in order to pass emissions. In my current state, I was unable to do the work myself as I typically would, and so I asked for the help of the only automotive shop I trust, Steve's Automotive and Desiel. On top of knowing the owner and family of this shop personally, I have experienced nothing but the highest quality experiences from them. Unfortunately, After the repairs were completed, Steve's Automotive's shop was broken into and my truck was stolen. It has been 3 weeks now and my truck, nor the contents inside of it have been recovered.

Anybody reading this needs to know how hard this is for me in order to have the context of how dire my situation truly is. I am not one to make my struggles public, and I am certainly not one to ask for help, but I do not know where else to turn. my truck, valued around 20k, is just gone, the tools, 3d printer, firearm, and everything else inside the truck valued well over 10k are all just gone. my medical bills, well over 10k at this point only continue to grow as I continue to seek my independent treatment. All of this, and that doesn't even cover the legal fees of my attorney that, at least at this point are entirely unknown because they are contingency based. My credit cards are maxed out, I have tapped into every last cent of equity we had in our house, drained our savings, and simply have no more options left to exhaust.

I know things aren't going great for just about anyone these days, and I hate to ask for help, especially on this sort of scale, but desperate times call for desperate measures. All I can say is that I can give you my word that I would give what I could if the roles were reversed and that any amount, no matter how small, would mean so much in helping me to recover from these events that have rocked my world.
*Updated: the Repair Shop's insurance company has reached out and informed me that they will will be covering the truck, so I am adjusting the goal accordingly.
