hi! i'm hoping to raise some money to buy a wig. my hair is incredibly fine and it has been thinning to the point where i can see my scalp through it now. i'm insanely self conscious about this, it's killing what little self confidence i have. i feel like everyone notices just how thin my hair is.

i have tried inexpensive wigs in the past. i need a good quality wig that doesn't look like a wig and that is suitable for every day wear.

i have my eye on a petite style by Jon Renau. it cost about $500. i have an appointment with a wig specialist tomorrow and will have a better idea of which wigs will fit my head and needs, but all the good quality ones are quite pricey. i'm not looking for a human hair wig, i am looking at synthetic in order to keep the cost down as much as i can.

edit; the wig that looked the best on me at the wig boutique was beautiful, but cost $650 plus tax. if i could raise that it would be a miracle!
