My name is Kiersten, I’ve been helping two abandoned stray cats to the best of my ability for almost a year now. I wish I could keep them inside as my own, but I already have two cats & live in a one bedroom apartment that has a pet limit. These cats need a lot of help & I’ve already invested so much money (hundreds of dollars) doing everything that I can on multiple needs to keep them alive & safe, & trying to find them loving forever homes. It has been very hard & expensive trying to meet all of their needs alone financially, but so worth it. They also both still need tested & fixed, & one needs immediate veterinary care. (My rent is also coming up & I just spent almost $400 on this Catio to help them.) Last night, the tiger striped one showed up at my door with an ear infection. I’ve provided photos. I read online that cat ear infections do not usually clear on their own, & how they can cause a ruptured ear drum, permanent deafness, facial paralysis, & even death if left untreated. It smells awful. I’ve confined him to the large Catio for the time being, until I can get him to a vet ASAP. I’ve provided other photos of what these poor cats are dealing with. They are heart wrenching & thankfully I was able to clear up the open, gooey, & bloody wounds in the photo on the smaller cat. However these are examples of how they are suffering & why I/we need help! If anyone can donate ANY amount or even please just share the fundraiser, it can help to afford the vet expenses & could truly save their lives. Please help me save them! I will provide anyone who donates with vet receipts with dates & times & contact information, etc. I promise that every cent donated, will go toward their well-being & care.
