Everyone who knows Reaper knows all the struggles he has had in his only 2 years of life. And now on top of all his mental and physical health issues such an his severe anxiety and chronic GERD, he had ingested a large piece of rug around 8pm on 5/1/25 during an acid reflux episode while I left him home alone for an hour. He threw up lots of it later that night so we thought we were in the clear. Fast forward to today, May 3rd, we tried to feed him and with the little amount he ate, he threw it up almost instantly. Immediately, we knew something was wrong. We rushed him to the ER to be told his intestines are blocked with carpet material and if it is not removed, he will die.

His surgery is needed by this morning, May 4th and with this situation being beyond unexpected, we are asking for any and all help to aid in saving Reaper’s life. He is a resilient, sweet, and loving dog and I can’t imagine my life without my first baby. Any help would be beyond appreciated to help save him I just knew His Emergency visit and xrays alone were already $1200 and the surgery he needs early this morning is estimated to be $4000.
