Please help me save my dog Chubby!

Hi my name is Nicky Glenn .. my 10th birthday present and best gift ever was my dog Chubby. She has been my best friend for over 9 years. She is my entire world. Everyone who meets her loves her.. My friends come over to my house just to visit Chubby ❤️ she is that kind of dog. But I just found out she has liver cancer. We are lucky we caught it early enough where if she has surgery and she can live. The vet says she has plenty of years ahead of her ..but she needs a cat scan first and then surgery. It is all very expensive and I don't have any money. I am a college student and my heart breaks to watch her die when I can do something about it. I can’t sleep .. I worry all the time about her. She is my best friend and I can't imagine my life without her Please help me and My girl Chubby.. I am so grateful for your help.
