In desperate need of help to save my cat Aiko

Hi, I'm my name is Kaden and I desperately need your help. 

My cat Aiko is having serious health issues. She needs to be seen for an X-Ray/Blood panel because there might be fluid building up around her lungs. If this turns out to be true she will probably need exploratory surgery, and whatever follows after that. Im getting some help through my job and am going to start trying to sell my whatever of my own things I can, but I still won’t be able to afford any of it right now, especially if she needs any surgery done. 

Aiko is one of the sweetest and most gentle creatures I’ve ever had the pleasure of being around.

I have had her through my entire adult journey, and as an autistic man who finds it very hard to make friends, she has always been there to make sure I’m not alone.

More importantly than that, she saved me from a suicide attempt a few years ago when I was going through an incredibly tough time, so I genuinely owe her my life, and I wouldn’t ever be able to forgive myself if I didn’t do everything in my power for her to try and save hers.
