Help Me Replace My Car After a Serious Accident
First, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the calls, texts, Facebook messages, comments, and—most importantly—your prayers. I truly feel the love and support, and I don’t take it for granted.
Yesterday, (05/30/2025) I was in a very serious car accident while driving toward Tupelo. Traffic came to a sudden stop, and I didn’t have time to avoid the collision. In those terrifying seconds, I honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to live or die. But by God’s grace, I walked away—with bumps, bruises, and a shake up and very sore, but still breathing. The first responders were incredible, and I’m beyond thankful that everyone involved walked away, especially the kind folks in the other vehicle.
Unfortunately, my car was totaled. It was a 2012 with high miles, and in trying to save money, I carried minimal insurance coverage. I understand that my insurance won’t cover the damage to my vehicle, which means I’m left with nothing. To make things even more difficult, being without a car, means I am out of work.
I don’t like asking for help for my personal problems. It’s humbling, and honestly, I’ve gone back and forth about even setting this up. But at this point, I have no choice but to lean on the kindness of others. I’m trying to raise $5,000 to help replace my car so I can begin moving forward again—get back to work, be able to get to appointments, and rebuilding after this unexpected setback.
If you’re able to give anything at all, please know that I don’t take it lightly. And if you can’t, your prayers and encouragement are more than enough.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you for walking this road with me. I truly believe that God will make a way where there seems to be none.
With much love and gratitude,
