Please help me rebuild from this devastation.

My name is Kevin. I've spent the last 5 years raising rats and breeding ball pythons.

I came home yesterday to find that my rat barn had a fire in it, and most of my equipment and all my rats are a loss. I am completely devastated. I need help to rebuild. Anything is appreciated.
