Please Help Me Pay Off My Wrecked Car To Scrap It

UPDATE: My car has been towed to a storage facility so I have a few months to get this taken care of. Any help is still greatly appreciated as I will be sacrificing other expenses such as food and medical bills until I get this resolved.
When I was 19 I bought my first car. I had recently had five different wholesale vehicles that my parents had bought for me or let me borrow break down on me from old age and needed a vehicle that was reliable and fresh and 100% mine. I was ironically working at a car dealership when the most recent car simply stopped turning back on, and so I managed to barely get a loan with the leeway an employee discount offered. A beautiful blue stick shift 2016 Dodge Dart was now My Car. At least on the surface.
I was in a traffic accident Tuesday, July 16th and my car is now totalled. I owe just under $10,000 on the vehicle and so I am unable to sell it to a scrap yard, and because it's not driveable no storage unit will store it. After the accident the police impounded the vehicle and the tow company the police work with regularly held it for three days asking for paperwork and then changing their mind and asking for different paperwork, all the while charging me $67 per day. On top of that, I had to figure out where I would put the car when they released it. I called a couple scrap yards, but obviously they wouldn't purchase a car that was on loan without requiring their own documents from my bank. After requesting them, I found out that these documents also had to go through the tiny dmv in a different state that the car was registered at last, and I have been unable to reach anyone there by phone at all since.
It hurts my heart to let go of my dear friend and trusted ally, but there is nothing else that I can do. I dont have the savings to pay off my loan, and yet I have nowhere to put the car to pay it off longterm. Right now it is in my apartment complex's parking lot, but they said I could only leave it there until August 2nd. After that it'll be towed to another random impound lot, and I'll have to deal with the same ordeal all over again and pay even more money that I dont have.
At this point, I just need it gone. I have no other options aside from paying off the car by August 2nd and towing it to a scrap yard, and no way of paying off the car by then. Anything contributed helps me get one step further away from rock bottom.
