Please Help me keep my oxygen on.

Hello, my name is Lavonne. I’m on a fixed income and a few months ago came across some unexpected expenses that has caused me to have a hard time catching up on my power

bill. I’ve already sent in a medical certificate and I’m on my 2nd and Last extension, which ends at the end of march.
