Please help me keep my momma and I from homelessness

Hello.
First, I wanna preface by thanking everyone who helped last month. Y'all really helped keep us going.
For context; I am a queer, non-binary person who lives with my heavily disabled mother.
My mother can't work due to her disability and I am job hunting every day but nowhere seems to be hiring.(Relatively small town with too big of a population to leave any jobs open.)
We live in the cheapest apartment in our area but the rent still goes up multiple times a year.
I'm trying to get the two of us moved up to Canada, where my partner can take us both in, but that will take at least another year to get mine and her passports and that means that we had to sign another year's lease at this apartment.
With that, our rent has increased to a total of $1,800 a month.
We don't have the money for that but we also don't have the capability to go anywhere else.
Our local homeless shelter isn't accessable to momma's disability and also has a bit of a history of letting homeless queer folk 'dissapear'.
I do art commissions but it isn't enough to live on, let alone for both of us, and, even on EBT, we still have to choose between enough food for our one meal each a day or the rent bill most months and we've been losing concerning amounts of weight because of it.
We can't afford to do laundry either at this point and it's become a treat to be able to afford toilet paper.
I need some help in keeping my momma and I off the street, and rent help would let me afford to use my other income on the other necessities like momma's meds, food, toilet paper, laundry, etc.
