Please help me keep my house for my children

I am a single mom . I have 8 kids KAH , 3 of which live with me at home . Two of those kids are teenagers and our house is the only home they have ever known .

Unfortunately , I am going through a divorce and Due to this there is no financial plan in place as far as alimony or child support . Within the next 27 days I need to come up with $71,000 in back mortgage to delay the foreclosure proceedings .

After 32 years of marriage I had to start taking care of everything myself . I started working full time . My X doesn’t live in the United States and there is nothing in place for him to provide any $. I make $40,000 before taxes and that barely covers food , utilities , used car expenses , car insurance , medical insurance for myself ( because I don’t fit into the poverty line bc my salary is too high ) , I have medical expenses for one of my children , and therapy and tutoring .... and sadly even that salary isn’t enough .

I am working on finishing my certifications to work as a holistic healing life coach , towards the goal of bringing in a more steady income .

My mortgage has not been paid since my X left the country in September of 2019 .

There has been so much trauma around this situation for my kids .... losing their home would be devastating .

I am full of gratitude for those who have helped me over the last two years and honestly humbled at needing more help .

there is no way for me to come up with enough money to cover the back mortgage owed and to have enough in the bank to pay the mortgage for the next few months until I am more financially stable . I would be so grateful for any help that is available .
