Please Help Me Keep My Dogs Safe During Eviction!
Donation protected

My name is Marcela, and I’m going through something I never thought I’d face. I’m being evicted, and I’m doing everything I can to stay strong—but now I’m in a situation where I may be forced to separate from the only source of peace, love, and comfort I have left: my dogs.
I have three large dogs—a mother and her two babies. They were born together, raised together, and they’ve never spent a night apart. They sleep cuddled up, follow each other around, and the mother is deeply bonded to them. Separating them would not only break their hearts—it would break mine too.
This is not a permanent crisis. I just need help for 30 days while I stabilize, finalize housing, and rebuild. If I can board them safely, I can make it through this without losing my family.
Where the Money Will Go:
Cost Breakdown:
In South Florida, the cost to board one large dog ranges from $30 to $65 per night. That means:
• $90–$195 per night for all 3 dogs
• $2,700–$5,850 total for 30 days
I’ve set the goal at $4,000 to cover a safe boarding facility, food, and any emergency needs. I want to be honest—every dollar helps. Even a donation that covers one day for one dog makes a difference:
• $30 = 1 dog, 1 day of safety
• $90 = All 3 dogs safe for a day
• $630 = 1 full week for 3 dogs
If you want to help with just a portion, you’re still saving their lives. Every little bit helps.
These dogs are not just pets—they are my emotional support, my therapy, my family. They’ve helped me survive emotional abuse, anxiety, and the loss of stability. They’ve given me unconditional love, even when I had nothing.
Now, they need me to fight for them. And I’m fighting with everything I have left.
If you can donate—whether it’s $5 or $50 —or even just share this story with someone who can help, I will be forever grateful. You would be giving us hope, and a path back to safety.
Thank you for seeing us. Thank you for believing in our bond.
With love and endless gratitude,
Marcela
