Please help me with Stormy's vet expenses

Hi everyone, I'm Mary-Keith, and this is my cat Stormageddon. I adopted her in December 2012 when she was about 4 months old. She's been my best friend, my constant companion, and the best snuggle buddy, as well as a well-compensated Emotional Support Animal.
In November of 2021, a kidney stone ruptured her ureter and required emergency surgery. The odds were not in her favor but she pulled through, and they installed her "aftermarket parts" - a sub cath that needs flushing every 3 months for the rest of her life. Those flushes cost about $800 each.
She's always been prone to UTIs and eats special food to help prevent them, but with her aftermarket parts, the bacteria can stick around and requires longer-term care, making the infections harder and harder to fight successfully.
Stormy has had this particular UTI since the beginning of October. Two sub flushes, 4 courses of antibiotics, and a lot of time and medicine haven't kicked it yet. Her vet says she'll need at least one more flush next week, with cultures, and another two weeks after. This will be the 4th flush in 2.5 months.
I opened a CareCredit card to cover her emergency procedures when I ran out of money and my scratchpay got denied. Since opening it, up to 1/18, I have about $4000 charged to it, only since September 2023. More flushes and meds are going to tap out the card, and honestly...it's ALREADY money I don't have. My other expenses are piling up, I can't stay out from under interest, and I can't save. I feel like I'm drowning, and I need my baby to be healthy.
Please help us. She's my world, and I'm hers. Thank you.
