Please Help Me Keep Kevin Montague In His Home!!

Hi, my name is Michael A Santos, and my friend Kevin F. Montague has an urgent need of $16,000 so that he can pay his mortgage before September 1st. The money is urgently needed to stop the foreclosure of Kevin's home. Kevin is a 66-year-old, disabled man who is a Scientist, a California State Scholar and the Author of "The Master's Key to Unlocking and Mastering Chronic Disease." Kevin is also a Godly man and is faithfully doing the work that God has commanded him to do. That work includes The Master's Key, which is a remarkable health science book that this world needs badly. I have read The Master's Key and it is a remarkable book. It is unlike any other health science book that I've ever read before and I think that everybody needs the knowledge within it to overcome chronic disease.

I can understand the skepticism that some people may have, but I can assure you this is not a scam. The reason that I bring that up is there have been some people accusing me of being a scam. So, I have posted a photo of Kevin's mortgage bill below for you to see that this is for real. His address and account number are blacked out for safety reasons. Kevin's mortgage is $750,000, and he is $120,000 behind. Kevin needs the $16,000 to do 3 months of a loan modification so that the mortgage can be killed for 9 months, which will allow Kevin time to continue his online book tour to try and sell 18,000 copies of his book The Master's Key. The 18,000 copies of his book being sold will allow Kevin to get a reverse mortgage as he is 66 years of age. It also took Kevin 30 years to get to the point where he is today. So please understand, this is no scam.

This is Kevin's current arrangement agreement with his lender which he recently had to sign and agree to. As you can see he needs the first mortgage payment by August 1st. Kevin told me that the lender has given him until August 25th to make the first $3,130.41 payment.

Also, I want to add that Kevin is doing all this work by himself, and he is only one man, I'm helping him out as much as I can so that he can continue his writing. That's why I started this fundraiser campaign for him. It's a lot of work for one person to do, and that's why I'm helping Kevin out.
