I am now completely disabled, I haven’t worked for 3 years, broken spine due to Postural Hypertension (a blood pressure problem that they can’t fix. Hospital all of the time and can hardly walk now. Suspected heart attack yesterday, fibromyalgia. The list goes on. I’ve used up almost all of my life savings. Please help me if you can
