Hey my name is Max and I'm 29 years old from Katoomba (a small town in NSW, Australia). I've been actively transitioning and on testosterone for a year and a half and have been trying to save for top surgery since COVID.

I've got my consultation with my top surgeon on June 17th and have saved enough for this consult but need help with the out of pocket costs for the actual surgeon and anaesthetist fees.

If there is anything you can manage to spare for my surgery it would be an incredible help.. I fear after trying to save by myself for so long that it's just impossible and I can't afford to think that way.
