Please help me help Torvi

I saw a FB post of this little girl needing help. She was bleeding and it broke my heart. Everyone was posting about it, but no one was doing anything to help. So I drove 2 hrs to Bakersfield and picked her up. She was cold, pale, and limp from blood loss. She had been found in a tree crying and bleeding. Her lower lip was degloved from her jaw. She went to the emergency vet and got a blood transfusion to be able to withstand surgery. During surgery they found maggots in the wound. I estimate her to be 6-7 wks old. She is a fighter and wants to live, but it's getting expensive. Anything is appreciated.
