PLEASE HELP ME HELP THIS FAMILY!

Please friends I am PLEADING, help me help this family. I know this is getting old, but I can't let this go. This family needs and deserves our help. Please take the time to read and direct me in the right direction. My sister has known this family for 15 years and helped them on many occasions, but now she and I are in over our heads. Lisa is a loving mother to these sweet boys. One son is autistic and has NO SOCIAL SKILLS. Lisa works three jobs and has then entire time of her friendship with my sister. The oldest son has had a long time job sacking groceries at Kroger and over the past year has obtained his driver's license. The youngest son is in school, just trying to fit in. This family has been homeless for a year. Last Christmas they spent in a Best Western. The past 10 months they have been sleeping in a small travel trailer with no amenities at all. Lisa works at a cafeteria in the days and Walmart at nights. Her youngest son is picked up from school and walks around the Walmart trying to look like a customer. They have been on a waiting list for 3 years for a government assisted apartment. When Lisa's credit was run, it showed she owed $2000 from a previous lease. Lisa had lived in this apartment for four years and paid her rent weekly, not to lease specs, but fine with the complex. When she went to pay rent on her final month there, the ownership had changed and they would not accept her partial payment and evicted her. Lisa had no idea she owed for the additional months in the lease and being homeless, there was no forwarding address. We have until MONDAY MORNING TO RAISE $2000. Although this seems overwhelming, it does not compare to the long road ahead. This family has MANY special needs. Lisa is very simple and cannot communicate as a normal person would. Her words are few, which makes people misunderstand her passion. Parker needs social skills and should be on limited disability. He cannot make eye contact and when nervous rips at his hair. He cannot be touched and the simplest thing, such as a haircut becomes insurmountable. The oldest is so sweet and feels like a failure he cannot do more for his mother. He dreams of a normal life with things such a a girlfriend. The youngest is just trying to fit in. Now for some additional information. People have helped this family in the past. I have thrown money and gifts at them several times and poked my chest at at what a wonderful thing I did. Well, pooey on me, because this family has not been given what they need. They need an agency willing to work with them to teach them how to get services and skills. They need follow up. THEY NEED REAL HELP, but IMMEDIATELY we need to raise $2000 to get them in this apartment. I am working with the management company to try to get extra time, but as of the moment I have only until Monday morning. Please, please, please notify me if you can help in any way. You may say what about family - well let me tell you. Her family invited her to Thanksgiving but requested she leave Parker at home because "he's weird and makes them uncomfortable". Her ex-husband is out of a job and now she receives no child support. She spent $1500 for a lawyer who she's never heard from again. I am BEGGING, please let's put this family in a safe place and a chance at happiness. Let's give them the opportunity to find some enjoyment in life. Please help me, help them.
