PLEASE HELP ME HELP NELLIE

Hi , I'm absolutely mortified to be putting this up I'm not one to ask for handouts unless i absolutely need it . And today I find myself asking for your help. A week ago nellie became lame in her back leg we rested her and took her to the vets where she was given anti inflammatory and told to rest if no better she will need xrays to determine the problem. Well we're on day 6 and she's getting worse her hind end seems off and potentially in pain ,as I've been small lead walking for the toilet and she's panting a fair bit, she is on pain meds but obviously that can't be long term. Anyone that knows me knows how much I adore my dogs , I flew her to Cyprus and back when we moved she's a much loved member of my family and I'm not ready to say goodbye unless I 100% have to I want to know I've tried if the the worst happens please help me do this! The vets have quoted me £600 just for sedation and xray and at this time with just moving back from overseas I just don't have it at the moment . Whilst in Cyprus and now even I volunteer with a rescue and I have written many fundraisers for various dogs no problem , but today my heart is breaking I'm mortified to be asking for help but it's either this or potentially say goodbye now . I have videos of her injury which I will share it just wouldn't let me attach it. Any funds not needed I will refund or donate to pound dog rescue cyprus which is where I spent alot of my time in Cyprus and I still run the social media platform to help the dogs .
