Please help me go to LIV Village Orphanage
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Eleanor and I am fundraising to go to LIV Village, a Christian orphanage in Durban, South Africa. LIV’s mission is to ‘rescue a child, restore a life, raise a leader; release a star’ – which I have been reminded is not just relevant to the children, but also to me...
From January 2024, I will spend between 6-7 months at the LIV4Change Discipleship School. Many of you will know how much I have talked about doing something like this and have encouraged me to go for it; I am so grateful for you.
This experience will help me continue to grow into who I believe God has called me to be. In order to grow, develop and thrive during my time at LIV, I know that I will be stretched and challenged - and that it may be really difficult at times, so I will really value your prayer and support.
Having decided a couple of months ago to pursue the LIV4Change Programme, the interview and confirmation all happened quickly during the last week and I now need to raise £5K, covering flights (£1K+) the course itself (£3K) expenses (£350+) police checks (£55) Visa costs (£92) and insurance.
Thank you for the support and encouragement that so many of you have already provided through our conversations. I will also be incredibly grateful and blessed by any financial support people may be able to give, knowing how much of a sacrifice this is to you.
Anything you may be able to give, will be literally life-changing, not just for me; you will also be investing in the ongoing life-changing work that LIV undertakes.
If you would like to see where I am going, please see the video below and have a look at their website - https://www.liv-village.com. Thank you for investing in this work and for partnering with me.
Big blessings,
