Sadly today I was faced with the decision of putting my beloved cat, Hazel, to sleep. She was struggling to breathe and I had to take her in for an emergency appointment and I never got to bring her back home. I was told she had lung cancer that spread so much around her little lungs and that putting her down was the only option. The vets told me they can keep her for 7 days until I can figure out what I can do, and I don’t want to leave her there so she just gets thrown away like trash.. I would love to be able to get her cremated and be able to keep her with me in a jar.

I’ve had Hazel since she was only 8 weeks old and was only 5 years old when she passed, she lived with me her entire life and also kept one of her babies when she got pregnant, Peanut. She very much enjoyed having one of her babies grow up with her and now I’m also worried about how sad Peanut can get when he realises Hazel is never coming back home.
