Hi, my name is Michelle. I have an appointment at the Ehlers Danlos clinic in Toronto that I need to get to. I will need to take the train the day before and spend the night because my appointment is at 8:45 am.

I have had a lot of medical issues for my entire life and finally this might be the answer to those issues.

The EDS clinic in Toronto is the only clinic in the province that does these assessments.

I have waited a long time to get answers to my medical issues and I am hoping that this appointment will give me those answers.

EDS is a genetic condition that requires specialized genetic testing to diagnose. Because EDS is a genetic condition there is the possibility that my children also have EDS. My being able to be assessed and hopefully diagnosed is the first step for my children to also be assessed.
